We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is as seamless as possible.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our print on demand products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there is an error in the customization. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will provide instructions you on how to handle.
 
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the item should be in the same condition as you received it. Please note that items that have been washed, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned.
 
Refunds:
If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, we will either resend a replacement order or issue a full refund to your original method of payment, including shipping and taxes. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
 
Order Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to make changes or cancell to your order, such as updating your shipping address or modifying your item selection, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed and shipped.
 
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for print on demand items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please initiate a return, and we will process a refund or replacement.
 
Sale Items:
For sale items, including clearance and discounted print on demand items, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
